Not only is Heavenly Creatures making sure that the tummies of the animals we rescue are full while they are with us, but we also help animals owned by low-income people when needed, too.
Heavenly Creatures believes that it is much better to help than to judge. We also believe that no animal should go hungry just because their owner is struggling financially!
Thus, since we got our first location in early 2002, we’ve been helping low-income pet owners with food for their furry companions.
Our Pet Food Bank users come from all different backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: They love their pets.
Some are seniors whose only comfort is their pet and some are families which include children who would be devastated if they had to give up their pet for want of a little help.
